Page Flow - Value Cannot be null

First time using Page Flow, following the instructions in the WCSF help file. Get the error on application startup:

ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: type]

Probably you missed the Microsoft.Practices.PageFlow.Configuration.PageFlowProviderSection section in your web.config file.
Please verify that the PageFlowProviderSection section exists in your web.config file, and that the assembly specified in the type attribute exists in the Bin folder of your website.
