Broken links in CHM file
Some links in the CHM files may not work if you do not have the full installation of Enterprise Library installed on your machine. To fix this issue install
Vista and XP Service Pack 2 Security Settings Block Content
When you download files from the web, Windows XP SP2 and Vista try to protect you from malicious content by "blocking" certain types of files. CHM files (like those we ship our help in) are one of these file types that Windows blocks to proctect you
Since you trust content from patterns & practices, you can stop problems (like the CHM files not showing any content) before they happen by doing the following:
- Right Click on the ZIP file and choose Properties
- On the General tab, click the Unblock button.
- Then unzip the bundle.
If you have already unzipped the bundle, you can "fix" the CHM, by "Unblocking" it just like you can unblock a ZIP file.
