Release Notes

If the right-side pane of the chm file is not displayed correctly, do the following:
1) Download WCSF2010Guide.chm file.
2) Start the windows explorer and open the folder where the WCSF2010Guide.chm is located, right click the file and select Properties
3) On the Properties windows, click Unblock, and then click OK

People, what is it with you? Have you EVER opened CHM files? Why don't you even try to open Properties and click 'Unblock' button?

Pages do not show up. This documentation is worthless.

If you experience "Navigation to the webpage was canceled" error, be sure to save the chm file on your local disk, then right click on the file in Windows Explorer and press the "Unblock" button (or lower your security settings through Registry - not recommended).
