Action and PermissionsCatalog usage

What is the purpose of the Action and PermissionsCatalog classes? How are they meant to be used?

Hi,

The PermissionsCatalog is a service that describes actions that modules can expose. It is used as a centralized store for module actions. You can think of module actions as tasks that users can perform in a module. The service could be used to map actions to authorization rules (we didn’t include this functionality in the Composite Web Application Block, though). Please take a look at the Reference Implementation to see an example of how it can be used.
