As far as I know, the latest version of this VSIX package was designed to work with Visual Studio 2010 and according to the note in red in the Visual Studio Gallery Site it seems that there are no plans for new releases of this package in the future.

However, as far as I know, you can download the source code for this package in the Downloads page and modify it accordingly to your needs:

Thanks for your guidance.

I know, But:

We created our projects based on WCSF and we can't go back.

All they work in vs2012, but we cannot add any WCSF item, because cannot enable WCSF guidance package.

Are your help us, how we can add them from Web Client Software Factory 2010 Source Code.

Also, I cannot find relate between "Roadmap" and "WCSF"!

Based on the aforementioned links, it seems that Microsoft no longer maintains this projects and no future releases are planned for them. Future developments of these assets are now undertaken by the community.

Hence, I believe you could try migrating the source code of the WebClientFactory Guidance Package project from VS2010 to VS2012. In which case you may find the following MSDN article useful:

Also, I believe you could check the following site: Open GAX/GAT,  which contains the open-source version of the GAX/GAT projects which is also required by this extension. There you could also find useful information if you plan to migrate VS2010 extensions to VS2012.
